CranioSacral Therapy Link
This system was developed by Dr. John Upledger and works on the connective tissue of the body, in particular the dura that surrounds the brain, spinal cord and attaches into the sacrum at the base of your spine.
Hence the name CranioSacral, the important connection between your cranium (bones in your head) and sacrum (bottom of your spine).
All tissues store emotional memory, and one of the techniques, SomatoEmotional release helps to resolve deep-seated emotional issues.
Obvious indications for treatment are knocks to your head and falls onto your sacrum/coccyx, emotional imbalance, chronic pain, chronic fatigue…..but again, great for any symptoms emotional or physical.
